Good afternoon. I am posting this earlier than usual as you will need a thermometer, some ice-cubes and a range of materials for Tuesday’s lesson. This way, you have a little more time to get some of the resources ready.

Please do NOT worry if you can not carry out all of this lesson. You may have different materials or you may not have a thermometer. I have done this experiment before without a thermometer, I observed the ice-cubes instead, it just takes a little longer. Just do as much as you can.
