A Letter went home last Friday 8th October 2021 regarding Reception and Year 6 Healthy Child Programme Growth Measurements and National Child Measurement Programme. The checks are carried out by registered school nurses or trained health care provides.
The checks will be carried out in the new year – Tuesday 1st March 2022.
If you DO NOT want your child to take part in the checks, please send the opt out form back to the school office before Friday 15th October 2021.
