It’s nearly that time again – time to book your child/ren into Crossbar’s popular after-school clubs for the ‘Summer 2’ half term! There will be 20 spaces available in each club. Places for the Summer 2 half term (June/July) will be available to book on the School Money website from THIS Wednesday 26th May at 12 noon.
There are a couple of different sports to choose from for the second half of term. The following clubs will run after the May Spring Bank holiday in June/July:
- Mondays – Crossbar Football (years 2-6) £14 (Shin pads must be worn – children will not be allowed to take part without them)
- Tuesdays – Crossbar Cricket (years 2-6) £14
- Wednesdays – Crossbar Rounders (years 2-6) £14
- Thursdays – Crossbar EYFS & KS1 Sports (years Rec-2) £12 (please see below for important note)
- Fridays – Crossbar Multisports (open to years 2-6) £12
Only places that have been booked and paid for in advance will be confirmed. We cannot reserve spaces for pupils who haven’t paid. The clubs will run from 3.15pm-4.15pm each week.
Please note, the clubs are outdoor clubs and will run whatever the weather. Clubs cannot come indoors due to possible contamination of clearly separated class bubbles. If you would prefer your child not to attend on rainy days etc, you are free to collect them at 3.15pm instead but will still be charged for the session (as we pay an outside agency to run them).
Note about Crossbar EYFS & KS1 Sports Club: due to limited numbers in the only EYFS/KS1 club currently running, if your child booked onto this club at any point during Summer 1, they will not be eligible to book in the first instance for Summer 2. If there are any spaces still available on Monday 7th June, these will be then be opened up to the Summer 1 attendees.
