As Mr Langford has already mentioned, Crossbar after-school clubs will not be restarting until after the Easter holidays. Any Spring 1 after-school club bookings made before the clubs had to be cancelled in January will automatically carry over to the Summer 1 half term clubs, i.e. if you had paid for your child to attend any of the Spring 1 clubs, they are automatically carried over to the new club registers and you don’t need to do anything further.
The same clubs will run after Easter as were planned for the Spring 1 half term (up to the May Spring Bank holiday):
- Mondays – Crossbar Football (open to years 2-6) £10 (Shin pads must be worn)
- Tuesdays – Crossbar Hockey (open to years 2-6) £10
- Wednesdays – Crossbar Cross Country (open to years 2-6) £12
- Thursdays – Crossbar EYFS & KS1 Sports (open to years Rec-2) £12 *NEW*
- Fridays – Crossbar Multisports (open to years 2-6) £12
There are only 20 spaces available in each club. The remaining spaces for the Summer 1 half term (April/May) are available to book now on the School Money website.
Only places that have been booked and paid for in advance will be confirmed. We cannot reserve spaces for pupils who haven’t paid. The clubs will run from 3.15pm-4.15pm each week during the first half term of Summer 1.
Please note, the clubs are outdoor clubs and will run whatever the weather. Clubs cannot come indoors due to possible contamination of clearly separated class bubbles. If you would prefer your child not to attend on rainy days etc, you are free to collect them at 3.15pm instead but will still be charged for the session (as we pay an outside agency to run them).
