All children except Room 9 (we were short of booklets I have requested more) will come home with a change 4 life booklet about being sugar smart today.

The change 4 life website has lots of great resources well worth a look and for those children with access to a smartphone or tablet I would highly recommend you downloading this app, it’s quite an eye opener. I think the children will enjoy using it and discovering just how much sugar is in their food from scanning a bar code.
