Just a reminder that Sharp Sharks has been cancelled this week as Mrs Oldham is with Room 5 on their class visit. The club will resume as normal with the current members the first Tuesday back after the Easter holidays (Tues 30th April).

Baking club dates (one change of date)
There has been a slight change for one of the Baking Club dates, the six sessions which will now run on the following dates:
- Thurs 28th February;
- Monday 4th March (instead of Thurs 7th);
- Thurs 14th March;
- Thurs 21st March;
- Thurs 28th March and
- Thurs 4th April.
- No session on Thurs 11th April.
*New Club* – KS2 Dance Club
Mrs Hilditch is starting a new Dance Club. It is open to pupils in KS2 (years 3-6) and will be on Mondays from 3.15pm until 4.00pm. There are 30 places available.
It will run on the following Mondays during Spring 2:
- Monday 25th February;
- Monday 4th March;
- No session on Monday 11th March due to Parents Evening ;
- Monday 18th March;
- Monday 25th March;
- Monday 1st April;
- Monday 8th April.
The club will cost £1 (up till the Easter holidays) and will be available to book online at the School Money website from Wednesday 13th February.
*New Club* – KS2 Morris Dancing Club
Mrs Rowe will be finishing running Ukulele club at February half term and will be restarting the Morris Dancing after-school club.
Morris Dancing after-school club will be open to pupils in KS2 (years 3-6) and will run on Fridays until 4.15pm. The club will cost £1 up to the Easter holidays, there are 12 spaces and you can book on the School Money website from noon on Wednesday 13th February.
*New Club* – EYFS & KS1 Baking Club during Spring 2
Miss Roberts and Mrs Pittaway are running their popular Baking club in the run up to Easter. It will cost £12 for the six sessions which will run on the following dates:
- Thurs 28th February;
- Monday 4th March (instead of Thurs 7th);
- Thurs 14th March;
- Thurs 21st March;
- Thurs 28th March and
- Thurs 4th April.
- No session on Thurs 11th April.
It will be open to children in years Reception 1 & 2, but there are only 12 places so please book soon to avoid disappointment! The club will be available to book online at the School Money website from noon on Wednesday 13th February.
The children will need to bring in a suitable container each week to bring their baking home.
Please note: due to the amount of children who would like to try this club, if your child attended the Christmas Baking Club last term, they will not be eligible to book this Easter club in the first instance.
Top Hat Drama Club – Spring 2
Top Hat Drama club is booked half-termly. If your child paid to attend in Spring 1 and wishes to go to the club during Spring 2 as well, you will need to book them on again.
The cost is £21 for 7 sessions (Mon 25th Feb – Mon 8th April incl.) The bookings will be available on the School Money website from noon on Wednesday 13th February.
There are only 20 places and they filled very quickly for Spring 1 so please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment!
Year 6 SATs meeting for parents
As per your ‘Dates for your Diary’ sheet (handed out last term), Mrs Dunn and Mrs Rowe will be holding a SATs information meeting for parents of year 6 pupils this Thursday 14th February at 3.30pm-4.00pm if you are able to attend.
Please note: Mrs Dunn’s ’50 Things’ after-school club is CANCELLED this week due to this SATs meeting.
Crossbar ‘Jungle Run’ Holiday Club – February Half Term Holiday 2019
Crossbar will be running their holiday club this February half-term holiday from Monday 18th February to Friday 22nd February 2019. We haven’t received their booking forms yet but will send them home as soon as they arrive at school.
Payments are now available in the school money shop if you’d like to book through school. As usual, we can only accept bookings that have been paid for, and the deadline for booking through school is Thursday 14th February.

The following clubs will be running for the whole of the Spring Term from 3.15pm to 4.15pm (unless indicated differently below):
