We are now using a school-based app to record all first aid incidents; we are hoping it will be more environmentally friendly (saving paper) and more reliable because we will send the details through to your email rather than sending details on a slip of paper which you may or may not see.
The email will have the subject FW: New Incident Report Submitted
Please can you therefore ensure we have the correct email address for you.
The email will not replace a phone call should that be deemed necessary by the first aider. Your child’s safety is of utmost importance to us
Emails relating to incidents occurring outside office hours will be sent on the next working day however club staff will ensure parents are made aware.
