Look at the lesson plan so you can gather your materials. Then you need to watch the PowerPoint. You will then start the experiments and fill in the soluble or insoluble activity sheet. Do not worry if you have not got all of the materials, you can adapt the activity and use different materials.

This is all that you need to do. If you are feeling confident, you can now use the Dissolving Investigation Activity Booklet to make your own investigation. Does it make a difference if the temperature changes? Does the container make a difference? Does there become a time when you can not dissolve all of the substances?
