Wow – the announcement last night has changed things. I had posted an overview for the term but it will not be possible to cover certain aspects with the children not being in school.

I do apologise but for this week you will have to bear with me as I try to find the best way to cover the curriculum and at the same time make it as accessible and manageable as possible for everyone.

I am well aware that not every child will have sole access to a computer throughout the day. Some children will be sharing computers with siblings and others with parents who are working from home.

There will be the facility to contact me live in the classroom for me to go over things but I am aware some may not be able to do that. Worksheets will be posted on the website and on google classroom. For those children that can not access team meetings I will try to put clear instructions of what is expected and how to do it on the sheets.

I am currently changing parts of my planning to incorporate these things. Work for tomorrow will be posted later.

Many apologies again but as you are all aware I only found out about this new lockdown last night.
