Hi folks – I came across this idea for using tinned food labels as the basis for some interesting art and I thought some of you might really enjoy trying this out. All you need to do is carefully remove some interesting looking tin labels from the tins (I would do this after you have eaten whatever is in the tin, otherwise you might end up with tinned peaches on toast one lunchtime). Then you can cut up and rearrange elements from the label to create interesting designs. Once you have them arranged as you wish, you can add pen marks to bring the elements together and to create a completed design.
