I must admit I can’t remember having a bank holiday on a Friday before as they are usually on a Monday.

On the 8th May 1945 Victory in Europe was gained and so 75 years later it is being celebrated.

I will not be setting any work for this day and I hope you can spend the day doing fun things. Fingers crossed that the weather is kind over the longer weekend.

In these testing times it will be good for all to be able to forget about school work and just enjoy some quiet time.
