At all times, high standards are expected of both children and adults in every aspect of school life.

Achievement is celebrated at every opportunity through, when appropriate, daily assemblies, and the school’s system of rewards. An assembly to celebrate ‘Pupils of the Week’ and ‘Golden Achievers’ is held each week. An extra special ‘Platinum Achiever’ is awarded at the end of every term to one child in each class who has shown an outstanding commitment to their work and behaviour.

We also welcome children bringing in certificates, medals etc. from activities they have taken part in outside of school, so we may share and celebrate their achievements.

In addition, parents, carers, grandparents and friends are invited to class assemblies where fortnightly, during the spring and summer terms, each class performs for the whole school and visitors.
