We hope you all have a wonderful two week holiday, having fun with family and friends. Why not keep up (or start) the daily mile during the holidays, it really doesn’t matter if you run or walk or do a combination of both. Just 15 minutes a day will make a difference to your physical and mental health. It can also be a really lovely time to spend with your child(ren) without the distractions of electronic devices in the home.
