Please note the following changes to the after-school clubs for Summer 2019:
- EYFS/KS1 Crossbar Football (Mondays) – during the Summer Term (only) this will now be open to all pupils in years Reception, 1 & 2;
- KS2 Dance Club (Mondays) – this is open to both girls and boys!
- Crown Green Bowling Club (Tuesdays) – is restarting this term. It is open to years 4-6. Parents are to collect their children at 4.30pm from the Cricket Pavillion behind the Scout Hut;
- Art Club with Mr Farlow (Wednesdays) – as this is a very popular club with few spaces, as before, any pupils who have already attended this club during the Autumn 2018 or Spring 2019 terms will not be eligible (in the first instance) to book the club in the Summer Term. If places remain unfilled, they will be released for all previous attendees to book again if they wish.
- 50Things Club (Thursdays) – pupils who have gone to the club during the Spring Term will be given first refusal to continue during the Summer Term as they have haven’t yet completed the ’50 Things’ on the list! If any of them choose not to continue, places will be opened up to the rest of the year 6’s to book;
- Netball/High 5 Club (Fridays) – is now open to boys and girls in years 5 & 6;
- Boys Squad Training (Fridays) – is replacing the Boys Football after-school club and is now by invitation only (parents to collect pupils from the Mary Webb Astro Turf at 4.15pm);
- Gardening Club (Fridays) – this new club is open to pupils in years 2-6 and will finish at 4pm. Pupils will need to bring a spare set of clothing suitable for gardening and a pair of wellies.
Please see Summer Term Clubs post for full list of clubs running during the Summer Term. Bookings are to be made through the School Money from 12 noon on Wednesday 10th April onwards.
(Advance notice: Mr Langford is unable to restart Girl’s Football after-school club until after the May half term holiday, but it will be running in June & July at Mary Webb’s astro turf pitch)
